I started as an assistant professor at the department on Jan 1, 2005, after my PhD at Swedish Agricultural university and my post-doc at John Taylor's lab in Berkeley. From March 2007 I hold a senior research position funded by the Swedish Reseach Council. I am interested in using fungi as models to explore general evolutionary questions such as the origin of species and the evolution of reproductive strategies.
